With a 1.6-liter (0.3-gallon) hopper, you can easily fill it with ice melt/halite using the tooth-edge scoop, minimizing mess and waste. The thumb-control gate adjustment allows you to adjust the gate opening while cranking the handle, ensuring a continuous and even spread. The large handle is easy to grip and accommodates hands of all sizes, even when wearing gloves.
